We only sell new and authentic products and provide all applicable documentation, including bill/invoice, receipt, and warranty details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the wide range of products we sell, including electronics, imported goods, luxury items, and special-order products, return and refund eligibility depends on the specific product purchased and the agreement made between the customer and the store before purchase.

All customers are advised to discuss and understand the applicable return, refund, exchange, and warranty terms before placing an order.

• Returns and refunds are subject to the mutually agreed terms established prior to purchase.

• Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to their nature, import status, special-order status, or manufacturer policies.

• Any approved refund or exchange will be processed according to the agreed terms.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a product that is damaged during transit or receives an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement:

• The customer must notify Stop & Shop within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.

• Photographs and/or videos of the package and product may be requested for verification.

• The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, along with all accessories, packaging, and documentation.

Failure to report damage within 2 days of delivery may affect replacement eligibility.

Warranty Policy

Official India Products

Products officially sold in India are covered by the respective manufacturer's official warranty and service policies, valid across authorized service centres in India.

Imported Products

Products imported from international markets may not carry an official India warranty. In such cases, warranty coverage, if applicable, will be provided by Stop & Shop Store Warranty, as communicated at the time of purchase.

Warranty terms may vary depending on the product category and supplier.
